Deletes the member and sets status to DELETED. Removes the member’s card assignments in this program.
Returns the member without a cards array. Delete doesn’t change updated_at.
Records a vl.member.deleted activity. Each unassigned card also records vl.member.card.unassigned and vl.card.unassigned. When an assignment has a tier, the delete records a LEFT tier transaction with origin member_card_deleted.
The same customer can join the program again. The new member gets a new id.
Returns 404 when the program doesn’t exist, or when the member doesn’t exist in that program. The program is checked first. Deleting a member that is already DELETED returns 404.
